VONAGE SUCKS
Their phones do not work. They will keep you on the phone for an hour to cancel your account and charge you a big fee. Several times in January Maria picked up the phone to discover that there was no service. When you do finally talk to some pinhead in "customer service" they keep stalling and offering other choices besides canceling VONAGE. I hope all the lawsuits against them succeed in devastating the company.
